Megan K. Jenks, MBA – Principal

Ms. Jenks has nearly 20 years of strategic planning, business development and operational finance expertise working with biopharma and drug delivery companies. She assists clients in determining how to best value, optimize and leverage both their current and potential physical and human assets. Ms. Jenks’ experience ranges from being in charge of all business functions at Aradigm to worldwide business development at SmithKline Beecham to corporate planning, business development and research and development controller positions at ALZA. As an independent consultant and principal of MKJ Strategic Consulting, she has supported companies in business development and acquisition analytics and due diligence, general strategic planning, business plans, and research and development portfolio reviews. Ms. Jenks received her BA with honors in Social Studies (and was pre-med) from Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts and her MBA from Stanford University in Stanford, California.
