Deborah E. Dodge, MS – Principal

Ms. Dodge has over 20 years of experience working in the biotechnology industry. She consults in the areas of strategic marketing, product and portfolio management, international commercialization, market research and market development. Ms. Dodge is experienced in international marketing with specialization in the management of new products and portfolios. She has directed multidisciplinary teams coordinating marketing and sales, business development, regulatory and clinical affairs, research and development and manufacturing groups from product concept to obsolescence. Ms. Dodge directed the strategic marketing effort for a molecular diagnostics product portfolio at Roche Molecular Systems. Her management responsibilities have also included strategic marketing and product management assignments in the fields of molecular oncology, genomics, infectious diseases and neurological diseases while working at Chiron Corporation, Applied Biosystems and Bayer Diagnostics. She held research scientist positions at Cetus Corporation, Applied Biosystems and Roche Molecular Systems. Ms. Dodge has a BA in Bacteriology from the University of California, Berkeley and a MS degree in Microbiology from California State University, Long Beach. She also possesses a certificate in Marketing from The University of California, Berkeley and a MT Clinical Laboratory Scientist license from the State of California.
