Chang-Hong Whitney, MBA – Principal

Ms. Whitney has over 20 years in the medical device industries in both China and the United States. She began to consult for international medical companies in 1994. In recent years, Ms. Whitney has been focusing on Chinese regulatory affairs and compliance as owner and President of Whitney Consulting, Ltd. Through her offices in Beijing and Boston, she provides clients around the world with expertise on Chinese product registration and regulatory consulting services. Ms. Whitney has presented in various industrial and professional conferences such as Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, Florida International Medical Expo, Asia Pacific Regulatory Conference, American Association of Clinical Chemistry (AACC) and China Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) as well as other trade organizations. She also hosted the China Column in Medical Product Outsourcing Magazine and Regulatory Affairs Journal. Ms. Whitney is on the Healthcare Council of Gerson Lehrman Group, providing assessment to financial institutions interested in the Chinese medical market. She is a certified regulatory affairs professional (RAC), a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and a member of the Regulatory Affairs Certification Board. Ms. Whitney holds an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering and international business.
